medication vacation supply information

Please plan for your vacation medication needs EARLY

Some insurance plans have limits, have you let your plan know you'll be going away?

Will you have enough repeats of your regular meds to get you through your vacation?  Be sure to book an appointment with your Family Physician or Nurse Practitioner late summer or early fall.

We require a completed vacation supply form on file AT LEAST a week prior to your departure, preferably 2-3 weeks to give us time to troubleshoot, order product and process

If you have more than 30 days of your meds at home, your full vacation supply may not be covered.  Vacation supply planning should begin in the summer to ensure all your needs will be met.  Make medication planning an important part of your priorities so you don't end up with an expensive surprise before you go.
